Our acquisition criteria
Turnover
We typically acquire businesses with annual turnover between £200k and £20m, though we'll consider outside this range depending on the business.
Profitability
We prefer profitable businesses but can work with businesses that have strong revenue and a clear route to profitability — including turnarounds and distressed situations.
Location
We acquire businesses across the UK. Location is rarely a barrier — if the business works, we'll make it work.
Team
A stable team is a big positive. We actively want to retain good people — the team often is the business.
Condition
Businesses don't need to be in perfect condition. We've acquired businesses at various stages — mature, growing, and in need of restructuring.
